02 Hosting & server log files (IONOS)

This website is hosted on a web server operated by IONOS SE (Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur). IONOS creates and stores server log files, including the date / time of access, the resource requested, the volume of data transferred, the referrer URL and IP address.
IONOS pseudonymises the IP address in accordance with data protection law; no analysis relating to identifiable individuals takes place.

  • Purpose: Ensuring technical operation and IT security
  • Retention period: Automatic deletion after no more than eight weeks
  • Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest)

As the website operator, we cannot configure these log files ourselves.

If you contact us by email, we process the information you provide solely to handle your enquiry.

04 Booking appointments via Calendly

For online appointments, we use the service provided by Calendly LLC, Atlanta (USA). When you access the booking form, the data you enter is transferred to Calendly. Calendly is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; standard contractual clauses are also in place.
Legal bases: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) and, where applicable, Article 49(1)(a) GDPR (consent to the transfer of data to the USA)

05 Cookies and tracking

This website uses no cookies and no external tracking. No web fonts are loaded from third-party servers.

06 Retention of other data

  • Communication data: Deleted six months after the end of the communication, unless statutory retention obligations require otherwise

07 SSL / TLS encryption

Our website uses HTTPS to protect data during transmission.

08 Changes to this policy

We update this privacy policy whenever changes to our website or to the data we process make this necessary.
