01 / Overview

Security starts with a realistic view of your attack surface.

Checklists alone cannot tell you which vulnerability to address first in your environment. We connect technical findings with the value of your data, your business processes and potential impact.

This creates a set of priorities that decision-makers can understand, act on and implement step by step.

A

Which systems and data are genuinely critical to your operations?

Protection needs and dependencies determine where testing and safeguards should begin.

B

Which routes could an attacker realistically use?

Technology, identities, communication and physical access are assessed as an interconnected attack surface.

C

Can your business coordinate its response to an incident?

Clear responsibilities, escalation paths and recovery plans help limit the consequences.

02 / Services

Assess, prioritise and make lasting improvements.

We clearly define the scope and depth of testing in advance. Critical tests are controlled and documented, with agreed escalation paths.

01 / Risk overview

Analyse risks and protection needs

We identify protection needs, dependencies and existing controls.

  • Critical systems and data
  • Technical and organisational safeguards
  • Identities, roles and permissions
  • Suppliers and external services
  • Prioritised action plan

02 / Technology

Penetration testing and assessments

Agreed tests show whether vulnerabilities can be exploited in practice and combined into an attack.

  • Web applications and APIs
  • External and internal attack surfaces
  • Configuration and access controls
  • Evidence and risk assessment
  • Retesting remediated findings

03 / People

Phishing and security awareness

Practical exercises improve threat recognition, reporting and secure behaviour.

  • Role-specific awareness training
  • Controlled phishing simulations
  • Learning-focused evaluation with minimal personal data
  • Practical learning activities and workplace application
  • Repeat exercises and progress monitoring

04 / Organisation

Access and response

Digital security does not stop at the firewall. We also assess organisational and physical access routes.

  • Physical access assessments
  • Visitor and access management policies
  • Reporting and escalation paths
  • Security incident preparedness
  • Documentation and responsibilities

03 / Working together

Security is stronger when technology and behaviour work together.

A technical finding needs a clear owner and a path to resolution. Training needs realistic scenarios and clear reporting routes. We bring both together in an ongoing security process.

Security + Development

Address vulnerabilities at their source

Findings inform improvements to architecture, code, configuration and development processes.

Security + Data protection

Assess data alongside its protection needs

Technical measures support data protection requirements; legal assessments remain a clearly separate matter.

Security + Processes

Make responsibilities part of everyday work

Approvals, permissions and incident response only work when roles are clearly defined.

Security + Training

Turn findings into safer behaviour

Exercises and training address the real risks your business faces.

Results / clear for technical teams and decision-makers

  1. 01Every finding includes evidence, affected assets and a clear risk assessment.
  2. 02Actions are prioritised by urgency, impact and implementation effort.
  3. 03Critical issues are reported immediately through agreed escalation paths.
  4. 04A retest can confirm whether the underlying cause has been effectively resolved.

04 / Our approach

Controlled testing. Clear communication.

Before every test, we agree the systems, timing, methods, exclusions and contacts. This keeps the risks of testing manageable.

  1. Step 01

    Define the scope

Agree goals, protection needs, systems, rules and escalation paths.

    Outcome: an authorised testing scope
  2. Step 02

    Assess

Examine attack surfaces methodically and document findings so they can be reproduced.

    Outcome: reliable evidence
  3. Step 03

    Evaluate

Connect technical severity with business risk and realistic attack paths.

    Outcome: prioritised actions
  4. Step 04

    Improve

Support remediation, share knowledge and retest critical fixes.

    Outcome: demonstrable risk reduction

05 / Frequently asked questions

Security needs clearly defined boundaries.

We agree the goals, systems, depth of testing and internal responsibilities in advance.

Which security assessment is right for our situation?

That depends on your protection needs, accessible systems, the data you process and the reason for the assessment. We first identify the relevant risks, then recommend a focused assessment rather than a one-size-fits-all scope.

What needs to be prepared before a penetration test?

We need an authorised testing scope, technical contacts, agreed testing windows and information about critical systems, backups and escalation paths. Exclusions and particularly sensitive steps are explicitly documented.

How do you limit risk to ongoing operations?

Methods and testing depth are adapted to the environment. Potentially disruptive steps require approval. For critical systems, we can agree suitable testing windows, staging environments or additional safeguards.

How are critical findings communicated and documented?

Urgent findings are reported promptly through the agreed escalation path. The final report combines a clear assessment for decision-makers with technical evidence, affected components and prioritised implementation measures.

How do phishing simulations and their evaluation work?

We agree scenarios, audiences, reporting routes and communications in advance. Evaluation focuses on learning needs, safe routines and process improvements; personal data is limited to what is necessary.

06 / Let's talk

Let's take a structured look at your key IT risks.

In our first conversation, we clarify your protection needs, the reason for the assessment and the right depth of testing, without scare tactics or false reassurance.
